1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, upon receiving full payment for prepaid orders or upon placing COD orders. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods: We provide standard shipping for both domestic and international customers. Prepaid orders enjoy free shipping, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 15 working days for domestic shipments, depending on the destination. 3. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat-rate or calculated shipping based on the weight and dimensions of your items.

4. Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation containing a tracking number and instructions on tracking your order.

5. Lost or Damaged Items: In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours at care@fabby.in to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. We're here to provide assistance and necessary documentation as required. Kindly refer to our replacement and return policies for further details.

6. Address Accuracy: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges resulting from such errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
