REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Refund and Replacement
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing Timeframe:
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 2–4 business days.

Refund Credit Timeframe:
The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (PhonePe / UPI / Bank / Card) within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Replacement/Exchange: If you receive a defective product, we will send you a new replacement as soon as possible. We will pick up the defective one within 2-3 working days. Or If you want to exchange with other products listed on our website with the same price, we will accept the exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

  • Processing Timeframe:
    After your exchange/replacement request is approved, we will dispatch the exchanged or replacement product within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 5–9 business days, depending on your delivery location.



Shipping
To return your product, you should mail us at care@fabby.in and we will pick up your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary.
