Return and Exchange Policy

At Fabby, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we strive to provide seamless exchanges for your convenience. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully:

Exchange Procedure: If you wish to exchange a product, kindly contact us at care@fabby.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. Exchange requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible. We can only exchange products in case of a manufacturing defect, subject to terms and conditions.

Manufacturing Defects: In the event of receiving a defective product, please send us a pre-opening video within 24 hours of delivery. We will process your exchange request upon verification.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The products purchased on Fabby.in can be returned within 5 days of delivery.Post this, return is not allowed.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at care@fabby.in to initiate a return request.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  • Also attached Unboxing video to our Mail Id.
  • Our team will guide you on how to return the item, including any shipping instructions.

Return Conditions:

  • Exchange requests will be validated from the day you receive your package, only after authorization.
  • We do not offer refunds; exchanges are the only available option.
  • You must agree to our return policy before making a purchase.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • For items from the designer section, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • If you choose to return your order, a deduction of 500 INR will be made (comprising operation and shipping charges).
  • Ensure to mention your order ID on the parcel.

Exchange Details: Exchange can be done only once, either for a product of the same value or a different value (additional payment required if opting for a higher-priced item).

Return Requirements:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Sarees with fall and edging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Quality Check and Processing: Once we receive your product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Upon verification, your exchange request will be processed accordingly.

Please Note:

  • Model images are for representation purposes only. Slight variations in colour, fabric, and work may occur due to lighting and flash during the photoshoot.
  • Decorative items shown in images, such as tassels, purses, and jewellery, are not included with the product. Always refer to the product description before making a purchase.
